Refer Someone to Sozio
Great projects often start with a recommendation. If you know someone considering a kitchen, bathroom, addition, or whole-house renovation, we'd appreciate the introduction.
Referral rewards are $500, $1,000, $2,500, or more, depending on the project. There is no stated limit on the number of qualifying referrals.

Share Sozio's contact information, provide the prospective customer's information, or introduce them to us by email.
Step 2
We Take It From Here
The Sozio team will contact them and discuss their project.
Step 3
You Get Paid
You get paid after the referred customer signs a contract and the project commences.

Program Disclaimer
Not applicable to insurance-funded or emergency restoration projects.
Building inspectors, code enforcement officers, housing authority employees, and other public officials are not eligible to participate.
To comply with federal RESPA regulations and Florida State Chapter 475:
- The referral must not be conditioned upon, or tied to, a mortgage settlement or ongoing real estate transaction.
- All payments must be made to a real estate brokerage firm and not to individual licensees.
- Referring licensees are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Code of Ethics.
Referral fee amount is based on the dollar amount of the project, with $500 being the minimum fee.
Referral fees are distributed upon signed contract and project commencement.
