FAQs
Kitchen Remodeling FAQs
How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Southwest Florida?
The cost of a kitchen remodel depends on the size of the space, layout changes, cabinetry, countertops, appliances, flooring, finishes, and the overall scope of construction. Sozio Building works with homeowners to define the project clearly, review priorities, and build a remodeling plan that fits the home and the desired level of finish.
How long does a kitchen remodel usually take?
Kitchen remodeling timelines vary depending on the scope of work, material selections, permitting, inspections, and whether structural or layout changes are involved. Once the project is defined, Sozio Building coordinates the construction process from demolition through installation and final walkthrough so homeowners understand what to expect along the way.
Can you change the layout of my kitchen or create an open-concept space?
Yes. Kitchen remodeling can include reworking the existing layout, relocating appliances, improving storage, modifying walls, and opening the kitchen to nearby living spaces when the structure allows. Sozio Building can evaluate the existing home and develop a plan that improves flow while accounting for structural, electrical, plumbing, permitting, and finish requirements.
